So here we were, sipping away on our long island ice teas at the hard rock for our lunch break, my friend talking about how hard it is to keep a straight face when talking to someone that you know is going to die. He's like "so I knew she was going to die, she was in her 50's and I spent most of my time with her, till about her last 15 minutes when she looked stable. I decided to drive over to go see my girl. On my way, my cell phone rings and the voice on the other side says "you better pull over"..!!
Right at that moment, in the background, the servers at the hard rock go "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUUUUU!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!!"
I mean, holy SHIT dude!! what are the odds of that happening. I didnt know how to control my expressions so I got up and decided to drain some of that ice tea out of me...
Then popped up the question "When was the last time you cried?"
Its been 14 years for me...as far as I can remember. SO when was the last time YOU cried? Can't seem to cry anymore, not even if I tried/wanted to..
On a random subject, this is what my beard looks like now.
